Q1: Who uses Event Prize Games products?
A. Organizations of any kind, HR departments, sales and other training facilities, trade shows, schools, radio stations, fairs, concerts, sporting events, anything for prize giveaways.


Q2: What does my purchase come with?
A. Everything you need comes with your purchase: The Prize Wheel, the corresponding stand, complete assembly instructions and all fasteners, wrenches and Allen Wrenches needed to assemble. Please visit our online templates for customizing your prizes.


Q3: What does the Prize Drop come with?
A. Prize Drop includes 3 pucks. To customize your graphics, use our online templates.


Q4: Is the Prize Wheel a quality made product?
A. Absolutely! Black Wheels are made of a combination of extra tough ABS plastic and durable PETG plastic. Clear Wheels are made entirely of PETG. For Clicker Wheels, the clicker itself is made of virtually unbreakable nylon plastic, able to withstand hundreds of spins. The tabletop and floor stands and wall mounts are made of high quality, powder coated steel. All of our products come with a 1-year warranty.


Q5: How can I customize my prizes/graphics?
A. With our online templates in both Microsoft Word and Adobe Illustrator format, you can take ordinary 8 ½” X 11” paper and create your own prizes/graphics. For color, you can use a color printer or colored paper, whatever suits your needs. Customizing the logo works the same way. Click HERE to download easy-to-use templates.


Q6: How can I protect or transport my Prize Wheel or Mini Prize Drop?
A. We have an optional travel case available if you need to carry your Prize Wheel or Mini Prize Drop with you.


Q7: Is the Prize Wheel difficult to assemble?
A. No. The instructions included make it easy to assemble. It typically takes no more than 30 minutes. We recommend two people assemble the Super Prize Wheel.


Q8: How quickly can I get my order?
A. Normally we ship within 2 business days of receipt of confirmed funds, such as credit card purchases. Customer Service can confirm a ship date upon request. Same day shipping is available for a surcharge if order is placed before 12 p.m.(noon) E.S.T.


Q9: Are my credit card purchases secure?
A. Yes. We carefully safeguard your credit card information on our secure site to protect against fraud and theft.


Q10: Does the Prize Wheel have to be disassembled to transport it?
A. No, the product can be placed in the travel case without disassembly.


Q11: If I need to return my purchase, are there any special shipping requirements?
A. Yes. Per the warranty section it states, "The product must be shipped prepaid in the original packaging or substantially similar packaging providing an equal amount of protection." If a returned product is not resalable due to improper packaging, a restocking fee of 30% of the cost will be charged and shipping fees will not be reimbursed.


Q12: How does my product ship?
A. All products are shipped in a corrugated box and shipped knocked down to minimize freight costs. If a travel case is purchased simultaneously with a Prize Wheel or Mini Prize Drop the product will ship assembled inside the case, which is also boxed.


Q13: How do I become a dealer?
A. Fill out our application pdf that can be emailed to mgould@thermopro.com or faxed to 678-475-1747.


Q14: Do you sell products to the public? Why?
A. No, we sell our products directly to distributors only.


Q15: What is SAGE #, PPAI # and ASI #?
A. PPAI, SAGE and ASI are members only channels through which distributors act as independent agents and sell products to their clients. Members are assigned numbers that identify them as distributors in the industry.


Q16: Do I need one of those to become dealers?
A. No, you do not need a SAGE, PPAI or ASI number to become a dealer. We will need to verify that our products are being purchased for resale purposes only. This will be done during the application process.


Q17: What is the approval process to become a GPP dealer?
A. Once a application is received, you will receive a confirmation and a call from us to verify your information. It takes up to 48Hrs to complete the verification process.

Q19: What is RUSH shipping?
A. If you would like to have your order shipped immediately, you can make a request to have it rushed to you. There may be additional costs involved. Please contact customer service to discuss details.


Q20: When can you request rush shipping?
A. To have your order ship out on the same day, you will need to have placed your order before 12 Noon EST.


Q21: Can GPP accommodate special requests?
A. Absolutely. We strive to provide excellent customer service, so please contact us with any special request.


Q22: Do dealers get Net 30 day pricing?
A. Delears can receive Net 30 Day pricing on approval of credit. Please contact call Michael Gould via email at mgould@thermopro.com or call 678-475-1746 for details.


Q23: How can I find my tracking number for something I have ordered?
A. Your order information including tracking is stored in your control panel. Once you are logged in, click on 'Orders' on the left navigation area near the top under 'My Account'. You can view all of your orders, including shipments and tracking for them.


Q24: How can I find the dimensions of a product?
A. Product dimensions are listed under each picture on out catalog and on our online product descriptions.

A. Shipping dimensions are listed on each product detail description right below the picture.


Q26: Custom Printing - is it available?
A. Yes, customized graphics for all our games are available through our marketing department. Please email graphics and logos to dmukiama@thermopro.com


Q27: Why some products are no longer listed in catalog?
A. Some of our products have recently been discontinued. We are offering them at a 25% discount while stocks last.


Q28: Can I ship my product outside of USA?
A. Our online shipping prices are to USA and Canada ONLY. However, if you wish to ship your product to a different country, please contact customer service for accurate rates.
